Best bubble tea of the 13th
Homemade boba, a rare find! You can taste the texture difference. Lots of flavor

This place has really delicious and affordable Bahn Mi. The staff are super friendly. The location is great. They also have bubble tea which is not that great. They have a vegan Bahn Mi option which has tofu in it instead of meat. The vegan Bahn Mi was deliciously seasoned, had a great texture, and was very filling and satisfying. Teawan is a great no-frills Bahn Mi place with a good vegetarian option. It's a good place to grab a sandwich on the go. I wouldn't go here for the bubble tea, however.
Friendly staff, great choice, and tasty bubbleteas! Fidelity card is a nice feature too! My favorite BBT place!
