We had not managed to book a suitable car before setting off to Limoges and when I rang their office at the airport, they were super helpful and friendly. They had a cancellation and made a car available for us at a good price. At pick up and drop off, they were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely use them again.

When I was looking to book a car for the weekend Buggs were one of the most competitive and reviews looked good. Pick up process was smooth and quick, no hard sell on extra insurance in fact no extras at all. Good information on where to get fuel etc for the return. Happened to be a brand new car. I needed to change my plans slightly on the return and they were very helpful in that regard. Drop off very smooth. Everyone I spoke with was English, turns out it is a family run business. Overall a great experience for a good price. I will return - thank you.

Fab service as usual. Much easier to deal with than the usual brands. If these guys are at your destination airport then USE them! Smooth, fast and simple - no selling or pressure. You don’t need to play games at the desk - which is my experience of the bigger brands. Can’t recommend enough! Cheers, Chris.

We hired an estate car last week in Aug. On arrival at Limoges it was very quick and straightforward - no pressure selling to other models or insurance like often happens. Quick look around the car which was very new and then straight out on our holiday! Return was even simpler being met in the car park and another quick check. Security deposit promptly returned. Both staff members very friendly and informative. Great service would definitely use again and recommend highly.
