2 years ago we had a flight from this airport \vatry\ it was the first flight to the route vatry - Madrid. We made a mistake when we’re doing the check in, my name was not showing in their system, I was showing my ticket on my email, but I was not in their system. I told them to sell me another ticket and they told me that they could not, knowing that the plane had available seats. The lady (Spanish) from Iberia helped us a lot, but the French supervisor didn't want to help, she didn't care. and she knew that the next day she had a connection to miami with themselves. They are ungrateful I spending my euros on them in that ghost town that only has a taxi. Besides it is far from Paris, do not waste your time until there, be careful when you book, you will pay more in a hostile environment. I hope they can fire the iberia supervisor (French Lady) in vatry and as it is a cargo airport they put her to load boxes that so she does not deal with customers

Misleading airport (airport name) . Asking people around in Paris, and those people I asked have no idea about this airport. Only been told there are 2 airports in Paris. We missed our flight by taking the wrong route. Had to buy a last minute ticket and flew from Ory airport. Travellers flying out from/to Paris must avoid this airport. Better spent on flights either from Ory/CDG.

No way to get out of the airport. Bus tickets double price than the ones shown at the airport page. 45min to get to Reims. We are in the middle of nowhere... Why is this call Paris Airport?

1) the passport room is too small to accommodate a 737 load of passengers. So we had to stand outside in the rain on the apron. 2) the passport check room didn't have washrooms. I couldn't pee until my passport was checked, which took a solid 45 minutes. 3) the customs were stupid picky. Screening about 50% of the passengers especially non white passengers. They seemed extremely annoying about counterfeit items in people's luggage. 4) my sister went to the washroom while we were waiting in the car. It was 8:30pm. The lights got turned off on her while she was in the toilet. And the airport was locked while she was still inside alone in the dark by herself. This is supposed to be an international airport. What kind of international airport would shut down without checking that no one is still inside!?

Too much incompetent and lazy people working at the check in. Looks like They are There wating to finish work and not to Help people. Flights geting delayed all the time since november 2018

Terrible airport for general aviation...If at all possible avoid! Handling services there are basically non-existent, made our 3 passengers wait almost 1.5 hours while customs waited for 1 inbound airplane that hadn't even landed yet. During this time, handler didn't even have required paperwork on hand so when customs agent finally arrived, had to spend more time waiting. I believe 2-3 airplanes landed there within a 10 hour time period throughout the day. For an airport not busy, they sure don't have any idea what they are doing and then gave us attitude about it. Not helpful in any way! 1-star rating is too high!
