If you can avoid shopping here do. Just bought a new sail boat as I am a new boat owner I really needed some help and advice. Looked around no assistants in sight, found one, I asked about children's life jackets and asked for some advice, just rudely showed me where they where, which I knew already and walked away. Moved on trying to look for various items on my list, impossible to find anyone to help. I latter discover that the staff I fact play a game of avoiding customers so they can chat and laugh together. Asked for the manager, who when I briefed him was just as rude offered no apology and waved me away. Disgusting customer service avoid if you can
