Classic problem with department stores these days: neglected space , poor selling skills by staff, inability to cross-sell outside their product range, sales staff not smiley enough, badly maintained ladies toilets. Hardly anyone in here on a Saturday. No surprise with such under-investment in the estate and staff skills.

Lots of merchandise, however the display was not as clear and easily located as other Printemps. That's my only pet-peeves. Other than that, price is great, and staff is awesome!
A wide range of brands and products in one place which is great, but the price tags are just too high.
Quite expensive, cause it's all mainly quite high brands. The place itself is good and the choice is large
