Le Grand Bâtard de Bourgogne

This place sells really good chips. It is a real chip shop, which is hard to find nowadays. We always come here when we pass through Calais.

Would of been a lovely burger but it was totally drowned in sauce so it made it totally inedible and we had to throw them away. Waste of money. They had put Three layers of sauce on and that's all you could taste, it was running down our hands it was that bad. If you want a burger on your sauce enjoy, does explain why it was empty at dinner time.

Good food,plentiful, be VERY careful not to overorder the frites, the first time I walked away with a tomato tray full of chips...DOH!
