The Grey Gappers

A large impersonal campsite advertises 4* but lucky to be 2* we used it to visit Aigues-Mortes all in all a disappointment wound not recommend. ACSI 16 a night including all facilities. The pool was lovely but you need to have speedos to use it. Plus they charge for WI-FI which is unusable

I'll start with the good thing about this site. The pool is really good & a nice relaxing place to cool down in the hot weather. There are areas for children, separate areas for more experienced swimmers, spa jets at random intervals & quite large water slides. Unfortunately the pool staff arentthe same standard as the pool. The have various rules the can enforce (such as women not wearing costumes with loose material) however they seem to enforce these only with the women they don't find attractive. It isn't really very professional. The site itself is very dusty & has an incredible amount of ants. Luckily we have a trailer tent (as we're off the ground), but I feel sorry for anyone who has to sleep in a tent. The worst thing about the site is you won't get much sleep. The entertainment in the evening you can understand (although it is rubbish). The main problem is the bar playing loud C List club music until 4am every day. I wouldn't mind if it was half decent music, but it really is pretty dreadful. To summarise, this is a nice place that is unfortunately spoilt by the staff.

Très joli camping avec un bassin aquatique de grande qualité et piscine chauffée. La pizzeria présente dans le camping fermait ces portes ce soir là mais à bien voulu nous accueillir tardivement et nous proposer ces délicieuses pizzas. Merci à eux et un grand merci également à l'équipe du camping (notamment la réception !) car la période ''covid'' les privé d'une grande partie de leur clientèle habituelle mais ils ont été très sympathique et prévenant ! Petite boutique dépannage pas trop cher à l'accueil et pain et viennoiseries dispo sur commande. Parfais Seul bémol : le mobil-home classe O-Hara emp 67) montre malheureusement des signes de vieillissement bien que très bien entretenu...
