Spotless, fantastic facilities. Our chalet in the Nature and Sens area was excellent, new gas BBQ, two bikes. Good parking area, well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and efficient. The pool area in the Nature and Sens was quite amazing. About 20 minutes to the coast and larger supermarkets. Quiet at night. Overall excellent and hope to be back in 2021

It was decent for the price and the water park was pretty good and it also had another pool area which was so much quieter and peacfuller. The pool was also warm. Tge bar is good and the park feels good to cycle round. The location is a bit weird but there are some good activities near. There is little entertainment but the food is good. For some reason the whirlpool area of the pool is only for 16 and over. It is apparently for your comfort but I'm 14 and I'm pretty quiet. The ring slide is good but sometimes it takes for ever to get one because no one gives you them. The luxurious area is nice but unnecessary. It's a nice place but seen better. If they improve all of these stuff I will give it a 5.
Do not book lack of care and empathy through corona virus
Great campsite with static caravans. The pools were amazing, five of them, the kids pool was especially good and my children loved it. Lots of facilities, it felt more like staying in a hotel resort than a campsite, customer service was good too.
Highly recommend this campsite. We stayed in the new nature sens area and it was amazing. Toilet facilities were impressive. Showers were hot and spider free and better than some hotel bathrooms I've seen! Site is spotless, they encourage recycling and pitches were large. Shop on main site was very basic but stocked lovely fresh pastries and baguette in the morning. We drive 15 mins to a e.leclerc for our big shop and hired to fridge. Our kids enjoyed cycling around and we had taken boules with us ans excited to see a boule play area. Our kids age 8 and 5 enjoyed the wooden play area. Didn't make use of the activities on site but the pools were a big hit. Slides on the main site were fab. The pool in Nature Sens is a little piece of heaven! We stayed last week of August and by the end of the week we pretty much had the place to ourselves!
Awesome waterpark for the kids, kids entertainment and a really nice new complex with a spa! There is also a fishing and swimming lake on the grounds.
A revisit for us. Last visited through Eurocamp 3 years ago and decided we liked it enough to be brave and book direct for a 2 week stay. Booking process smooth and communication good. (You definitely don't need to be a linguistic ninja to cope with it.) The addition of the well-publicised 'nature et sens' area has expanded the site and facilities without degrading the positives of the older parts of the site. We booked a *** (3 flowers) pitch for our 5-man tent which was a generous size and had electricity and its own water supply. Common areas are well-maintained. The only slight flaw is that the newer tiolet blocks make the oldest ones look (and smell, on occasion) their age. Otherwise I would have concurred with the site's self-awarded ***** status. Pool complexes are great. Playgrounds are too. Both seemingly well maintained. Restaurant is good, if limited, as is the snack bar. We didn't take advantage of the entertainment but those who did appeared very happy. Plenty to do and visit nearby. Reception very helpful. A shop on site with fresh bread, pastries, groceries and camping essentials is kept well stocked. We would recommend and will go back.
Having had a brilliant holiday in 2019 at Le Pin Parasol we booked to stay again in 2020. Due to coronavirus having a significant impact on our family, we ended up cancelling our holiday late. Despite us leaving it late, Le Pin Parasol sent us a credit note and a lovely supportive email. This generous act highlights the positive attitude of the staff and organisation. We cannot wait to visit again.
