The studio is small but clean, tidy and has everything what you need. (Fresh towels, utensils for the beach, air conditioning, w-lan). Our host Giuseppe was very kind and helpful. It’s located in the center of Cannes, the beach is 20 m away. I can totally recommend the studios

Small studios in the center of Cannes 50 meters from the beach and 5 minutes from the Croisette. The apartments are small but equipped with all the comforts (wi fi, air conditioning, kitchenette, etc.) Exceptional value for money. Giuseppe, the owner, is always smiling and available for help or advice.
It was perfect - the studio is small, but has everything needed! Kitchenware, towels, toiletries, even olive oil, coffee, Balsamico, salt and sugar! And all the photos in Booking are correct! Beppe has provided a number of umbrellas that you can take for the beach. And the beach is actually just in front of the building! All you have to do is take the stairs and cross the street! It is also close to everything! A bus stop is located just in front of the door and there are around 4 or 5 bus lines passing. Marche Forville is around 400 meters from the apartments, the Old town is right above the building! The port is around 200 meters away and there you can catch the ferry to Saint Tropez, Isle Saint Marguerite, etc. I would definitely recommend the Azur Studios! For the people with sensitive ears, it can get a bit noisy on the street in front of the building, (especially if there is traffic jam), but it was not something that was bothering us.
Petit studio cosy avec tout le nécessaire : micro-ondes, grille pains, bouilloire, clim. Rangements nombreux. Accès à la plage direct. Prêt de fer à repasser, parasol, chaise pliante, serviettes plage. Accueil chaleureux par monsieur très serviable. Très bon séjour pour un couple et un petit chien.
Hôte génial très sympa loco super propres et à côté de tout juste à 1 ou 2 min de la mère trop top je recommande vivement
Très propre, proche de la plage mais trop bruyant et pas confortable le matelas (mal dormis).
