Excellent hotel in the center of Cannes. Perfect location in the center of everything. Stayed here during the French Riviera Film festival held at the hotel in May. Beautiful room and comfortable bed and bath. Breakfast was great and staff very cool. Lovely VIP gala reception and awesome theater for viewing the short films. We had a great stay. Highly recommended!

Eden hotel and Spa is a wonderful place to stay in Cannes. I would highly recommend it. The room in which I stayed was meticulously clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing, with very attentive waiting staff. I would especially recommend this hotel for the warm, friendly staff who made my stay very enjoyable indeed.

Breakfast and location very nice. Staff is friendly. Otherwise clearly below expectation for 4 star hotel with high price. I won’t take the time to mention all issues, several mentioned by others below, but sorry we cannot recommend this hotel. We stayed four days.

My wife and I booked a 90 minute deep tissue couples' massage on our vacation to Cannes. Worst massages ever! The two girls poured freezing cold oil all over us and preceded to slide it all around without any particular therapeutic or massage rhythm at all. My wife's therapist did not even use a bolster and that caused her bad knee to lock up. We do not think these girls were licensed or trained as massage therapists. They appeared to have been pulled from the housekeeping staff to give the massages as they had no skill whatsoever. WE WERE NOT GIVEN ROBES, SLIPPERS OR A LOCKER AS ADVERTISED. The massage tables were so hot we were boiling during the ordeal but could not communicate with the therapists because they did not speak English. We DO NOT recommend using this spa or getting a massage here. We get regular massages at home and have had them all over the world and these were up there at the top of the worst!

All in all it was okay, rooms need some refurbishment, breakfast was a good French standard. WiFi is poor like everywhere

Nice hotel it's on the main shopping street which is great, loads of food, cafe's to pick from near by everything is walking distance. I.e beach, also hotel it self is clean breakfast option is nice and simple. Staff are very welcoming and very helpful, I don't know if this is only me but in my room I kept hurting my leg on the edge of the bed which is annoying, it has a shrape croner I did make the hotel staff aware but like I said it's just me. Spa is nice clean robes are provided but must change in room and then go down to the spa. The room has a mini fridge which you can top up with your own drinks.
