Very bad experience with Montblanc Cannes for a Birthday gift. I bought a pen in December 2020 online, never received any news. Had to send them emails, call them to know what was going on. 4 weeks after ... no answer, no pen. Asked for a total reimbursement. I finally used the "real" online Montblanc site (and not that of Cannes), 24hours after, the pen was on delivery ...

Very bad experience with Montblanc Cannes. I bought a bag in November 2020 online, never received any news. Had to call them tto remind to send it. 2 weeks after they informed me that the bag wasn t available anymore. They proposed to change to the bigger model adding a bit of money, which i did. Again, never received the bag and confirmation! I have been calling and emailing since December... no answer, no bag. Nice christmas gift isnt it? BAD EXPERIENCE STILL NOT SOLVED

Déçu de mon Aventure dans cette boutique , bien que les vendeuses soit gentilles . Je suis heureux de payer un produit a un certain prix , quand j'obtiens un service en conséquence et un produit de qualité .Mon plaisir a été gâché. Pour une marque de luxe , on est très loin du service qui va avec , le manager n'a aucun respect pour ses clients et n'est pas commerçant. Vous ne reverrez plus jamais mon argent .
