I went in to ask about servicing my watch as it’s now 5 years old, I was really disappointed that they didn’t bother asking what model of watch I have or taking any personal information from me but confusingly started talking about battery replacement (despite it being automatic) and weren’t at all interested in helping me. I was told it would be 10 weeks minimum (which in the current climate is understandable and I would have accepted) and was actively discouraged from using their services, they ended the conversation very abruptly and showed me the door. Aftercare is zero in branch, I wouldn’t go there if you need any help with your expensive timepiece
