It was a little difficult to find. My GPS gave me very poor directions. Leaving from the train station, go straight ahead on Rue Georges Clemenceau about five blocks after crossing the bridge. The square with the Neptune fountain will be on your right. Turn left onto Rue Verdun. It is two blocks down on the left at the corner of Rue Jean Bringer. Both ladies staffing the office spoke English and Spanish when I was there. There is a clean, but not well supplied restroom.

Very helpful and lovely English spoken to help us. Plenty of stuff to find out about the town and surrounding areas. Also found out that the Tourist Information site near the train station is closed permanently so don’t bother going there like we did!
Beautiful room. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Be aware that there is a barrier at the end of the street which can make access a little difficult for 1st time visitors. No lift if anyone has mobility issues.
Has a useful collection of leaflets, but is limited in the knowledge of what the assistants know.
Very helpful. Blandine owe you one, had one hell of a trip, guys go to this place if you need help :)
Carcassonne is one of the most beautiful and unforgettable cities in South France especially the formidable Cité Médiévale. We picked up some maps from the Tourist Information Office so we could continue to explore the city centre.
Nice stafferrs, some English-speaking. Good maps and history
Our trip was fabulous and we thought the tourist information was, too. WITH ONE EXCEPTION: The English edition of \Carcassonne History and Architecture\ was the kind of translation you find in Third World countries. I don't think a first-rate attraction informed by an otherwise excellent information center can afford such a translation--nor can its Francophone author, Jean-Pierre Panouille. Albest.
