Always too busy & overworked (they are the only Mercedes garage in town)... Made an important repair on my old car (a 2001 C220) last summer and sold us a part this summer... Big thumbs up for dependability

They had me waiting for 3 hours (Broken window). Then told me they couldn't help me for 2 days. Went to Carglass, they fixed it the same day and were a lot friendlier. Hope I never have to go here again!

Accueil,tout d abord un peu froid.. confirmation de l accueil téléphonique auparavant. Par contre une fois en mains avec le chef d atelier,personnel très accueillant sympathique et très professionnel.
