I understand that my French is no where near perfect, but I am capable of communicating. So, I went for a consultation and the doctor was nice and explained everything. I showed him and told him where I wanted the laser hair removal done and all was fine. Fast forward to the first session and they did not do everything I wanted (which I didn't know until I got home). Strike 1. Second session. I came back, said everything was fine, the doctor said ok and we started the second session. Only this time, they switch the laser to YAG and did not explain why. For those who don't know, YAG is incredibly painful and I had requested not to use it. The more powerful laser didn't hurt my skin and they changed for no reason without telling me. THEN they didn't complete the area, charged me for everything and I left the office sweating, nauseous and crying from pain. I will never go back. I know some of this is language barrier, but I was upfront that I needed someone to speak slowly to understand. They took that as not explaining the change or giving me an option. While on top of it, they charged me more than they should.

I was quite happy with the treatment I recieved in this establishment.The stuff is very helpfull and rather pleasant knowing that in Paris it is not that often one can meet a smile.I had to wait for 20 minutes but a nice cup of coiffée made my waiting time nice and smooth.Best location and as for the price it is rather correct, atlist you can be sure to get what you came for.
