When I got my ski boots I thought they were to small, so I told the guy helping us. He told me they were supposed to be tight. Ok I thought, he knows better than me. After skiing for 30min i had to remove the boots to get the blood back in my toes. Repeat for 4 hours. When I got back and told them about this they first didn't believe me. When they saw that they had given me size 8 and not 10, they told me it was my fault. We argued for a while, but to no awail. I expected to pay 47 euros for two sets of skis, one helmet and some fake incurance, and I actually expected some kind of apology and some discount on account of the small boots. The total price was 60 euros. I bet the last 13 euros was for the arguing on the boots. I didn't get a receipt other than from the bank terminal. We will rent somewhere else for the rest of the week. I guess these guys know the location makes shure they don't need to give any service.
