Property Owners Beware!!! Very unprofessional for our property rental. Our property was damaged by renters, Century 21 gave the deposit back at the end without checking the property correctly, over 1000 in damages to the property. They don't reply to email and fob you off despite documented evidence. Avoid like the plague.
Philippe the owner was wonderful and helped us in every step of our purchase. everything we needed was taken care of by him. We thank him so so much!
Head of Rental Services extremely rude, I will not be recommending this business unfortunately. Many other staff are extremely helpful and pleasant, let down massively by management and ownership. Avoid as there are numerous other Chamonix real estate agencies who understand customers.
