It was such a relief to find somewhere with someone who spoke perfect English (UK), since it was important that we had fitting equipment. It was such an easy process (we rented online and showed up for the reservation), and Jim was incredibly helpful and made sure we had comfortable equipment for our level. There's a really nice bench to sit on while you talk and get fitted. Seriously A customer service. Great recommendations and even called and set us up for lessons and walked us over to the place, after helping load up our car for us. They are passionate about skiing and snowboarding as well as the area. The place itself is homely and warm with nice tunes playing. I can't recommend them highly enough- it's definitely where we'd rent from again.

Great gear and a really pleasant rental process, but what made it better was the amazing customer service. Jim ensured that we made the most of our time in Chamonix, by making sure we knew where to go and how to get there. Being a foreigner, it is customer service like this that makes experiencing new places so much greater.
Jim is very kind and easy going. The store provides excellent equipment with best price! The shop is near Les Flegere lift which is very convenient. My friends and I had a great experience this time in Chamonix. Really grateful that I chose this shop. Come here and get the best experience!

Great service and material. These guys went above and beyond. They helped us with ski rental, organizing a powder lesson and a guide for Vallee Blance. After seeing so many ski rental shops work on auto pilot this level of service was refreshing. They also have some very interesting local ski's available that I had never heard of.
