My experience in Leroy Merlin Poitiers has been extremely pleasant with the service I have received. The advisors are very knowledgeable of what they doing and their willingness to help has surpassed my expectation. M. Ludovic S. from Menuserie is a great example. He has helped me to achieve my project. He made me feel completely welcome and supported me all the way throughout my project. He was kind and genuine and he had gone the extra mile despite the language barrier. He truly deserves a big applause of his quality service. The artisan Andrea is excellent in his service too who has carried out the measurement at my premise. Secondly, M. Fabien P. from Salle de bain department is another person to receive my medal. He was ever so helpful and showing great enthusiasm in clientelling. I wish I could name all the advisors who have helped me during my visit. In general , it was such a fantastic experience to have visited the store ! I sincerely appreciate it and wish to express my gratitude to the advisors involved. Bravo!!!!

Bought some lovely things for our ensuite. Rather disappointed that the draws to our bathroom cabinet needed to be built properly. And the rain shower mixer didn't have any sealing washers. Rather frustrating as we were paying a plumber to install all of this. We live to far away to just come for a replacement

Huge range of items for any project. The staff are friendly and helpful and some speak English. Prices are competitive and are even better value if you purchase the loyalty card which can then give you a 10% discount. Returns are also very quick and simple.

Superb range of products and helpful, knowledgeable staff. Prices are reasonable for a national chain but there are cheaper alternatives if you are prepared to shop around. Plenty of free parking but the shop does get busy. Regular workshops for ideas and inspiration
