Was searching for some spareparts for my canopy from NV. Julien was very helpful and friendly, calling NV and finding the right parts. As I was on vacation just visiting Cherbourg, Julien managed to get the parts sent to Grandville the other day where I picked them up. Great service. That is what 'Think Customer' means to me. Äußerst kompetent, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Im Shop wird Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch gesprochen. Unser defektes Raymarine-AIS wurde anstandslos auf Garantie ausgetauscht, obwohl wir es woanders gekauft hatten. Die anderen Shops in der Nachbarschaft, obwohl sie auch Raymarine im Programm haben, haben uns nicht helfen wollen.
