We enjoyed the buffet there. Very nice service and the buffet was nice too. The chocolate mousse and panna cotta is very good.

Place is nice though not really different like other disney restaurants... Have to go on last floor by stairs. Have to make réservation before coming. Not too expensive for the place. Staff was really nice and helpful:they bring us to the buffet and told and showed us everything that was made without eggs (my wife has allergy). Food was good and a lot of different things to eat. Nice buffet.

Love going to Billy Bob's, we go there every time we go Disney, the atmosphere is always welcoming and the glowtinis are a must have!

The Western theming of this bar/buffet is great. The staff is great. There was some country western dancing(mostly line dancing though) in the bar area, and a good band after that. The dessert bar was very good, salad bar pretty good. The rest of the food..not impressive. Not worth the 35 it costs to eat there. I've eaten at buffets with much better food for less than half the price. The \Mex\ part of the \Tex/Mex\ food appears to have been planned by someone who has never eaten, much less cooked, Mexican food. The \tex\ part was mainly beans, stew, some sad ham and chicken, and some rolls and cornbread(although the cornbread was nice).

Stayed in Disneyland for 3 days, part of my booking was I got to eat at some of the Disneyland restaurants for free. I booked Billy Bob's and was slightly hesitant whether to go due to other poor reviews. I was actually pleasantly surprised. The quality of the food for a buffet was actually pretty good, we stocked up on the starters and mains. My gf and I both don't eat meat and there was enough of a selection for us to leave totally full. Would recommend and eat there again.

Enjoy a selection of beers, soft drinks and flavoured nachos at Billy Bob’s Country Western Saloon. Swing open the saloon doors, settle in and take to the dance floor to shake your hips to the lively dance rhythms. Great buffet, lot's of different food.

Great place to eat with lots of different dishes and deserts. One drink is included in the price of your buffet and lots of fresh fruit is also supplied. You need to book in advance because of how busy it gets and if you are staying in a Disney hotel with a eating plan you will need to book a couple of weeks before you leave for your holiday. It's also really suitable for children with mickey mouse gold chocolate coins, jellies and ice lollies.
