Our driver was reckless and aggressive on the road, I am not a nervous passenger but felt unsafe through considerable parts of the journey. He varied between treating the (icy) road as though it was a race track and concentrating more on his phone than the road. When we phoned to speak to the customer service line they were unhelpful and not interested. Eventually we spoke to the manager/owner who was belligerent, rude and obnoxious. I can see why they insist on payment up front, once they have their cash, they have you stuck. Steer well clear.
