Fabulous Steak & Ale pie, chips and beans for me. Chicken pie chips and mushy peas for Gill. Friendly staff, great service. Covid compliant. Very nice indeed.

BACON ! I feel terrible to be in France and not be eating French but after a year living here I just craved a 'bacon butty'. And it was REALLY good ! Imported bacon. All their menu is home-made and the pasties, pies and cakes are amazing. The bap was one of the best I have ever tasted - home-made also of course. And you can even have lessons in how to make them from the baker himself. They keep a small range of British goodies too. Great place - a bit of English country in the French countryside.

Thank you so much for all the effort you put in when we booked ahead for our gluten-free friends this morning - they were delighted to have a choice and everything was delicious!
