Nice supermarket within a commercial center near Barcares. Every kind of food is available, with a wide variety of fresh fruits vegetables, meets and fish as well as frozen food, dry food and tin food. Books, electronics, clothes, camping equipments and more items are also for sale at affordable prices.

Shelves not full (typical holiday happening). The store was very crowded with shoppers. There were 3 items on my list that were not on the shelf. Upon CK out my card wouldn't clear kept asking for pin. It was a USA charge card used ever shopping since here.

Went to the shop called Claire's in the gallery in Carrefour. Wanted to buy a headband..nothing fantastic u wld think cost was 7 euros so I gave a 20 Euro note I had to pay for it. The guy at the cashier till told me \ oh..I have to check whether this is a genuine 20 euros or not..so wait!!\ He went inside and came out and said \Yes it's a correct one\...By that time I was cheesed off..Did he think all black skinned people foreign looking ones use fake money or what?? So I didn't buy the headband.. told him in English that I didn't want to buy it anymore and walked out.. To the management of the shop..here's my advice. The salesclerks need to use another and more polite approach to foreign looking/foreign french accent customers!!!! We r all not trying to fleece the French shops! To think I am married to a French..should have gone to the shop with him..I would not have had any problem then I am sure.
