Very friendly staff ! We went to the after sales services and they were quick to help us. The store is quite big with 2 floors and a lot of shortcuts if you know your wat around.

Quiet big. Various promotions. You must have their cards to enjoy the discounts. Moreover there is a nice restaurant too. Huge parking facilities. The layout of the shop is beautiful but I found quiet confusing. Everything is everywhere ! I prefer specific products in specific sections. Surely one of the biggest IKEA I have ever seen.

Love it but hard to find, the boards by the road only says « centre commercial » and not IkEa. Nice selection. Yet, kind of inexistant staff...

It's Ikea, you know what to expect when you walk in, and you are not disappointed. A bit smaller than the one I'm used to but still pretty massive. When they opened, the food wasn't great but it has since improved greatly.

I like Ikea in Clermont ferrand.If you make family card which is free you get lots of promotions on items.plus you are offered free coffee on weekdays plus reduced price on meal.I like .I recommend.lots of parking...they provide free child care too.
