Bonjour, suite à un accident non responsable et étant assuré TOUT risque, j’ai passé 2 mois sans véhicule de remplacement. Étant à mon compte cela a constitué un énorme handicap à mon activité sans que cela ne chagrine personne, une fois mon véhicule récupéré je demande donc un dédommagements pour la période écoulée ; ce qui me semble normal.! A ma grande surprise celui-ci m’est refusé sans aucune explication. De plus, aucun geste commercial ne m’a été proposé non plus. En bref assurance a FUIR. AUCUNE RÉTROCESSION DU TROP PERÇU PENDANT LE COVID 19. UNE ASSURANCE QUI PREND CES CLIENTS POUR DES VACHES A LAIT. LEUR POLITIQUE C’EST PAIE, PAIE ET PAIE ENCORE!!!!! LE JOUR OU TU AS BESOIN D’EUX C’EST L’AUTRUCHE!!! J’INVITE TOUTES LES PERSONNES ÉTANT DANS LA MÊME SITUATION QUE MOI, À ME CONTACTER SUR MON ADRESSE MAIL ([email protected]) AFIN D’EFFECTUER UNE ACTION COMMUNE POUR RÉCUPÉRER UNE PARTIE DE NOS COTISATIONS!!!!!!
