Extremely disappointing! There was a big piece of metal in my food! I'm attaching a picture! I could have severely hurt myself eating this sandwich. It also makes me question the hygiene of the place.

Nice, tasty, healthy fast food. If you consider it for lunchtime, you either should be able to pick up your meal before 12 or after 13 o'clock. If not you'll have to wait a long time...
Best quality for a quick meal in La Défense by far... Really crowed between 12.30 and 13.00 though. The outside Cojean is especially nice with the terrace on sunny days 8)
Many good options but very expensive for col foods.. same food in better qulity can be found at M&S in half price
