What a place - simply breathtaking and a real family adventure. It was here; jumping from the rocks into the deep portions of the stream that both myself and my ten year old boy lost our fear of heights. We hired our kayaks though Kayak Vert and they were lovely (disputes us being English). We hired a three person one for myself, my wife and our ten-year-old son. In places the stream is so shallow that we along with other people grounded and I would say that this is the only flaw with the day as you get out of the boat and have to drag it for a little bit: Saying that though this adds to the fun and it really is no bother. The day was exceptional and the water fresh, clean and wonderful to swim in. We would highly recommend this to any family visiting as it will not disappoint.

Long ride - especially that I am alone with 3 kids. I wish there was an option for 30min. I a quite fit and the ride was easy enough but super long and was a hot hot day. Place not accommodating - I had to book q shuttle back at certain time that was completely unrealistic and nobody told me anything. Once arrived, staff was rude “it’s not my problem” was the answer about how come no more shuttles. No water nor food at arrival. Overall I would not go back. The view of the Pont du Gard was gorgeous but next time I’ll stick to the park and swimming around there. And maybe kayak at a different location.

We come here each year we come to Avignon. It is a lovely stretch of river and the staff are always very helpful. The 'rapids' are at just the right level for total amateurs.

Fabulous 2-3 hours easy paddling right under the Pont du gard. Amazing way to see the bridge. River a little busy in August though so don't expect it to be peaceful!
