Excellent service vs UPS in Jonage. Graziella at DHL Express was efficient and very friendly. UPS treats customers like sheep. DHL could be a good starting point for lessons in customer service. DHL takes credit card payment - has a nice PC for capturing address details - and an even nicer printer for printing waybills....(Want me to draw you a picture UPS !) Maybe UPS could join the modern epoch and no longer only take cash and have only hand written waybills.... Well done DHL !

Un peu de désordres dans la gestion des colis. J'ai fait 2 fois la traversée de l'immense quai de déchargement. Au final j'ai quand même eu mon colis, mais pas cool toute cette marche.
