Rich in history and very well laid out. Easy access from the parking lot.

Very interesting museum...a bit pricey with 7 euros, but this is a monument of history and a must-see. I was particularly interested in the French surrender of 1940, which is also covered in the museum.

I've done loads.of.WW1 and.WW2 spots but this one really surprised and impressed me. I was aware of the WW1 carriage being pulled out for WW2 but didn't quite get it fully. The other thing is you really get a sense that the defeat of Germany was not a forgone conclusion at that stage in 1940. The Molotov Ribbentrop pact was in place and the U.S. was about a year and a half away and their entry was by no means guaranteed. History could have been different.

Museum larger than expected with a lot of information. I had heard about this legendary wagon since forever so to visit was a good experience.

I would really recommend visiting here just to appreciate the significance of the place in terms of the signing of armistice when Germany surrendered in the 1st world war and then the irony of the French agreeing armistice at the very same place to Hitler in 1940.. Won't take long to visit but will be worth it.
