Lovely little confiserie! Plenty of samples to help you decide what to take home with you. The fig confiture is A
Very attractive and expensive artisan sweets. We were on a school trip and asked the guide to speak in slow simple French. She did not. She explained the process in very quick French without pausing for us to translate or check for pupils' understanding. It would have also been nice to see some demonstrations of the sweet-making process, but really they just wanted us to spend the money! Unfortunately as we were flying home we couldn't buy anything liquid like jam either, even though the floral jams were delicious.
The best confectionery I’ve ever been to! Try Pétales de Rose - it’s super! P.S. There are some sweets to try for free, so you can decide, what to buy.
Extremely nice and helpful staff, very good and exotic tastes. Recommend to visit.
Delicious sweets Its possible to try some of these before buying Price is a little bit higher, but for self-made stuff, it is okay.
This place is a gem. Located on the Nice Port, its been there for over 100 years. A wide variety of traditionally made sweets and chocolates full of local flavours. Vervene dark chocolate, crystallized flower petals and chocolate coated candied ginger are in my top 3 but there is so much more. Its not cheap by any means but it will blow you away. Perfect for gifts. Oh - and theres loads of samples available in the store upstairs and they even do organised tours of the premises explaining the processes of candied fruit. Another must visit when in Nice!
Orange peels sugar coated. Excellent!
