Wow, just a whole different world from the normal Dunkirk Ferry Terminal I use. Very modern and clean.

Delays to the service meant people everywhere and queues were long and hot. Not enough seats even with social distancing. Arduous. And overpriced. And you can't escape. Best get your water and sandwiches elsewhere before you get to passport control.

Very well organized. Some shops are still closed due to the COVID-19. Toilets are very clean.

Quick and easy check in, fast boarding and fast crossing! Price wise is fine especially if you book in advance or get a good offer! Recommend

They have not got this sorted at all. Too many people queueing as trains delayed by an hour without any prior warning from Eurotunnel. Toilets tiny with 2 sinks for 12 toilets. Choice of either Starbucks- no thanks, or Harvest Market- with massively inflated prices, and a ‘quiche’ which was totally inedible. 19 euro for this small quiche and 3 bottles of water along with a 20 minute wait. Sort this out!!

It's been fairly smooth process to get through even though Covid-19 is rampage in France. Not to mention the anyone's returning from France 15.08.20 should isolate for two weeks with exemptions.

Good covid restrictions in place. unfortunately- as expected - some places were closed.
