Had multiple problems with UPS France: very poor customer service, not following up, no coordination between services, all blame each other. A birthday present for a baby girl was delayed 3 month, with delivery person lying that he came by house and I was not there ( it's lockdown I am home all the time!) Last situation is absolutely outrageous: I was insulted by a delivery mad after a comment that he is not managing well communication. I am thinking of suing the company for aggressive and threatening behaviour of a company representative

Horrible experience. So irresponsible ! The customer service - awful and impolite, giving me orders and yelling at me, while it’s them who did the mistake (did not deliver on time and then two days later delivered to a wrong address telling me I have to go there, telling they won’t repeat me the address twice !!!) No respect at all. We will contact the seller to tell them how they delivery partner works... A éviter !

The service was great but you have to have a car to go there! I had to walk for 35 minutes [ and in the highway!! ] to get to it. If you don’t have a car don’t consider coming here.

Leaving the trailer to be loaded , like in most companies like this, I asked if I could make a 24h break there ,they said no problem, had wc,showers... to come after 18h later kick us all out of the parking lot outside ....

Really bad experience! They picked up my god in Avignon to take to Paris in 24 hours, because I have paid express service. After more than 72 hour nobody told me nothing about the delivery, and only after more than 6 phone contacts to UPS costumer service they decided tell me that my god (an oven) could not be transported, although the invoice describe an oven as declared god to transport!?!?!? Nobody of UPS tell me where my oven is, and what they will do. So, I paid more than 200 euros to UPS, and I do not even know where my oven is, or what they suppose to do with that!!!
