Great and fast service! We heard about M. Ouchen from our relatives, which he was able to help them get a loan to buy an apartment. We did a research and found out he had helped a lot of Filipinos as well. That is why we are so happy and confident about him, since he is already familiar with our situation as immigrants here is France. On our first rdv, we showed our releve de compte to him. And as expected there are flows, he teach us what to do with it. We took his advice very seriously, so while we are searching for an apartment to buy that took few months, we are able to work out our income and expenses. Finally the day had come that we found an apartment to buy and have accepted our offer. We just made a call to his office, Madame Hamrouni answered and have been assisting us all throughout the process, she is very nice. They send us the list of documents and gave us a rdv. I emailed all the documents listed even before our scheduled rdv. Within 2 weeks we got our ANSWER and it is A YES the bank will give us the loan. We did not expect it. Now we understand why they keep calling us few days before, for the declaration of my husband, which is the only document they are waiting, unfortunately it was delayed. If that document was send immediately, it might have been faster. Because the day I send the document in the morning around 11am and at 2pm they are already calling me that bank with give us the loan. I don't believe them at first but after few hours I got another confirmation from the bank itself! What I like most, they will give you the possible options and solution to all your flows, so that beforehand you will be prefered. Very efficient! Hight RECOMMENDED!
