Section of local and international cheese at this small counter within the Bergerac covered market.. At time the selection of cheese in France can be overwhelming. Cremerie Cyrano manage to have a vast selection but one that you can certainly take in and not feel like you are going to be at the counter all day. The stall is split into two, one containing soft cheese, ranging from St Marcelline to Brie, and have other dedicated to hard cheeses. Amount the usual aged cheese on the hard selection was a cheese made from mixed goat and sheep milk, something I had never seen before. It was very good with enough of a tang to balance the creaminess of the white cheese. To list all the other cheeses available would take more time than I would like to think of. Suffice it to say that the selection was vast, the staff knowledgeable and the price reasonable. Very well worth a visit if you are in the area and have any sort of passion for French cheese.

Brie aux truffes honteux : pas fait, sans truffe et sans aucun arôme. A 80 le kg, énorme déception !!! De plus, service limite aimable. Et ce, malgré une addition de 110 .
