Looked at washing machines..the staff let us look with no hassle...but when we asked for information he was excellent and gave us excellent service...which ended with us buying a washing machine. Very pleased with the service and attention.

Je viens de passer 6 minutes au téléphone avec un numéro payant pour ne pas avoir une seul personne pour me répondre alors que l'on m'annonçais moins de 5 minutes d'attente. Je trouve cela anormale Darty est un voleur qui prends de l'argent là où le service devrait être gratuit, je souhaite faire un achat de plus de 2000 et bien j'irai le faire dans une autre enseigne.
