The team are very busy but try their best to help. It's extremely hot downstairs and so not ideal for shopping. They have more choice now than a few years back. I prefer to order online and then pickup from them.

I bought electronic items(American fridge,Bosch oven,Samsung washing Machine , Moulimax Microwave, Blender )with the value of 3116.I just bought all of this because we moved to a new apartment.All the items were suppose to deliver on 1 st of September and everything was delivered except the LG American fridge.So I lived in my new apartment for 5 days without a fridge and when I enquire about this from customer service they weren't aware of what has happened,and nobody knows when it is going to deliver and nobody informed to me about it.So I have to go to the Republic store and asked about it, infact they had stock with them and they didn't deliver it properly. Today walked back to the Republic store again, because there is a water leak in my washing machine.When I asked from the guy in the Finance section(near the cash desk) he didn't even bother to make a call to the service centre regarding my matter.Service centre asked me to wait until November 4th to inspect my washing machine.I am very disappointed about the service staff in the Finance section because they laugh at me when ask for a manager call Marco because he helped with my previous delivery issue.Very poor staff service as well as after sales Service. So now I'm waiting without my Washine machine until November 4th.Thank you Darty. I do not recommend
Be careful! When you buy products, they will scam you with some insurance without your permission! I bought one phone pay as you go! there and the staff without my concern setup the insurance! And now i cannot terminate the insurance till 12 month which im paying 25 each month! This is ridiculous!
Service was adequate, which is an upgrade to previous visits to this store. I did some price comparison on various kitchen appliances and found Darty more expensive than BHV/Boulanger!! And BHV/Boulanger has much better service!!
Not Bad
It is difficult to choose something because they only have 1-3 different models of anything. Consultants are busy, wasted time. I should have better used their website
