Please Consider carefully if you want to live here. Especially to someone who don't speak French or international students. My friend lived here before. But when he moved out, they asked him to pay almost 900 euro without any explanation. There's nothing broke and everything is clean in the room as well.

My friend lived here for 9 months. On the day he was moving out, they charged him around 850 euros for the cleaning and other things which they didn’t even try to explain to us why they charged him that much. My friend asked the landlord to checked again the room and got refused. I saw my friend cleaned the house and 850 cleaning fee is far too much!! Defiantly have to think twice if you want to live in this residence, especially if you don’t speak French, cause they won’t explain anything to you.

Totally an ideal place for you if you want extra charge the day before you move out, and the rent isn’t cheap either.

This place is totally not a good choice to live in at all, the worker in the residence has no good attitude at all. Just beware if you gonna stay here in long term, they’ll charge you big amount of money for renewal and cleaning fee although you’ve already cleaned the whole trash out of the room and nothing’s broken. Think twice when you wanna rent this residence. BTW, one star rating is too much for them
