It's a very beautiful beach, but there is no swimming allowed and the sand is so soft you sink into it. I guess that's why swimming is forbidden, people risk getting stuck. A nice beach for a quick visit though.

Nice and smooth sandy beach. Quality scenery. Enjoyed my time here.
One of the most breath taking views ever! I never get sick of it !
We made our way to this beach via the coastal walk from the cute, and peaceful, historic community of Gites des Plomarc'h. It was a overcast day and, as such, the beach was not all that inspiring. There was a solitary lifeguard on duty, stifling a yawn every now and then, as he kept an eye on the two people swimming in the water. The surrounds, though, are interesting. You can study the buildings at the beachfront. They range from historic mansions overlooking the bay, to \modern\ apartments, to old multistorey houses on the cliffs. The view of Douarnenez is also very pretty with the fishing boats, the multi-coloured houses and church steeple. When the tide is out, it is possible to walk along the beach in the direction of Douranenez, exploring the rock pools, and caves, and there are old stairways carved into the cliff at some points to allow you to get back up to the walkway.
Nice beach with seating and toilets available
Great beach with shower and toilet facilities. A lot of the reviews mention seaweed/algae but didn't see any when we visited in August.
Lovely place to visit.
