Absolute disgrace of a service. Was told my package was out for delivery, waited all day only to find they had just thrown a collection leaflet on the ground beside the post box. They didn't bother to press the buzzer or even bother to put the leaflet in the postbox, instead the lied and said I wasn't in. Called the bordeaux office on 3 occasions and they \apologised\ and insured me it would be there tomorrow. 1 week later it still has not arrived and I will be pursuing a formal complaint with the Head office. Incompetent delivery men and very low standard of customer care. I will never use this service again. My advice is skip DPD and pay for a professional service like UPS.

4 days they have my package, 4 times they said they couldn't find my house. Given them my number to call. No Call! This company is a joke! I just want my package!

Worst delivery experience ever, I'm waiting for my package since 1 month, 5 times the delivery was programmed and never ever was honored. I don't even understand how a delivery company that doesn't do deliveries can still be in business

Avoid at all cost! The most pathetic delivery service I have ever experienced. The company should be dissolved, burned and burried. The plague is better than dpd.

If you can be home all day and you don't work or do anything else, they will deliver it in the last moment when they can. In the office no one speaks English and they are not really helpful even if you speak French. After the telephone call I left them a detailed instructions where I will be in which time, so they could choose where and hoe to deliver, however they did not take it in count. After that situations I called them after waiting 8 hours at home for delivery, if I asked just that they call the courier and find out around what time he will be at your address, they replay that they don't give any information about it, just wait till 17:00. Unfortunately as I don't have a car, to get to them personally. Nevertheless it is impossible to get there because it takes at least 1,3h one way with public transport, so I have to wait till the miracle happens. I guess it happens only in France, because in Latvia I never faced such a difficulties with them.
