I booked with them for a business trip in Lyon train station. They returned my car with scratches and obvious evidences that the valet driver used my car without authorization to serve himself in private (He arrived with his personal trolley mounted in the front seat of my car. Yes! The wheels on my seat. I saw it myself and he apologized after getting caught). They refused to compensate me for any damages. Extremely disappointed. Be careful with their tricky \claim policy\.

A great parking service that I have been using for a while. Drivers are kind, on time, always professional, even during peak moments, like long weekends or holidays. I find it cheaper to use ector than to pay a taxi to and from the airport. And its a pleasure to avoid the hassle of CDG parkings! Your car is waiting for you at the closest door. Keep it high Ector!

Disastrous parking service experience in Lyon ! Valet who picked up the car didn't speak english and was therefore not able to explain me what happens with my car after the pick up. During the parking period there was nobody available on the service hotline....only recorded message in french. Website only in French. Ector application didn't work ! Return of the car was 5 1/2 hours late and at a wrong place. I was close to report to the police !! Never, ever again.

I booked the car cleaning - The car was not cleaned (after 5 days away ) and I was not informed. I tried to call the customer service several time during openning hours to get my money back for car wash but no one answered\u003e Very good service for car drop off but if nothing goes wrong. Elsewhere it is a nightware to talk to someone and get your issue solved. No one available to fix the issue or answer your call.

we used Ector to park our car at Nice Airport and the service was exceptionally poor, the valet took 3 hours to return the car and when he did he had been smoking in it, changed all the settings to french and KMs and the car had travelled 60 miles! The service was poor and they were rude, unreachable and very unhelpful!

Horrible service...we arrived 30 minutes late, they did not wait for us, they did not respected the 24 hours service that they sell, they did not offer any other option, the only said ....i'm sorry not possible to send you somebody to pick up your car. The fact is that we paid for 10 days Ector parking another parking... suggestions: do not reserve to Ector Parking please
