Worst car rental experience of my life. Stay away. A defective car, awful customer relations and over charging. I reserved a sedan, instead got a minibus (much harder to drive, consumes more gas, difficult to park), on the way up the mountain car had electronic problems (the “doors open” alert light turned on with alarming sound), called the company’s 24/7 road service but... they do not answer(!), got to the garage and... car doesn’t lock (due to open doors sensor), on the way down the mountain the car service light turned on and the tire pressure light.. upon returning the car, on top of the bad experience so far, I was also charged an 80 Euros(!) fine for not washing the car before returning it (Isn’t washing the car part of the rental company service..?). E.Leclerc is a monopoly in Aime La Plagne for car rental and they act accordingly.
