I delivered my baby in HAP in April 2020. My sophrologist Sandra recommended Emmanuele for reeducation de périnée. During my visit in June 2020 Emmanuele advised to work firstly with scar that I have after tearing. The pain in the scar’s périnée area was minimizing after the visits and disappeared in a month. Initially my muscles were very weak, 1 from 5 scores. And after 4 training with Emmanuele I reached 2,5 from 5 ;) For me it is important to see a result, but I was surprised how quickly it was. Now I am continuing improvement of my women’s health and planning to have 5 from 5. Emanuele was very attentive to all my problems and gave a lot of useful advice. Ema is a very nice and beautiful woman. I highly recommend Ema to restore your health and sex life after delivery and even do better than it was before.

Encountering Ms. Adraï was without a doubt one of the greatest joys of our pregnancy! As an expat with a limited command of French, the process of finding healthcare is not always very straightforward and it can often be rather frustrating due to cultural differences, however, the experience with Ms. Adraï was wonderful. She not only has an exceptional grasp of the topics she deals with and stays current with new research and studies, but she is very human in her approach towards patients which is what I believe every pregnant woman needs. She speaks great English and was kind enough to adapt our preparation sessions to this language so that I would feel more comfortable with the entire process. I would truly recommend this professional blindly.
I had a great experience with Emanuèle. She is experienced, both reassuring and straightforward, always available for questions and doubts. She is also very open to suggestions coming from the patients and to various approaches to the experiences of pregnancy and motherhood. She organized a last minute course in English for three people and we were all very satisfied with it. I would definitely recommend her!
The best thing happened to my wife and myself during her pregnancy has been to meet Emanuele! We have today 2 gorgeous twins and thanks to Emanuele it has been less hard than it was supposed to be. Emanuele is not only extremely professional and very competent, she is (even more important) very kind and with a big heart. Grazie mille Emanuele!!!
I can't recommend Emanuele enough! Three reasons: 1) she stays current on the latest research and doesn't just recycle idees recues; 2) she is aware of and sensitive to cultural differences; and 3) she's very good at preparing you psychologically for the challenges of motherhood. I remembered her advice so often during the first two months after my baby was born...she really helped me get through it. She is incredibly warm and caring.
She is amazing and carrying midwife! She really works with her heart on the right place!! I am truly happy I found her and would really recommend her to anywone.
Sage femme absolument géniale ! A l'écoute, suivi personnalisé, toujours disponible si besoin, très bon conseils avant et après l'accouchement. Emanuèle connait également très bien les cliniques et hôpitaux parisiens et donc les différents obstétriciens, un vrai atout selon moi. Super également pour le suivi post-partum et les séances de rééducation du périnée. Elle prend le temps d'expliquer et de faire comprendre comment cela fonctionne pour une rééducation qui fonctionne sur le long terme ! Je recommande à toutes !
Emanuèle est extraordinaire, elle est, plus qu'une sage-femme, une véritable coach de la périnatalité. Elle m'a accompagnée avant et après la naissance de ma seconde fille et a été d'un soutien immense. J'ai eu énormément de chance de la rencontrer. Grâce à elle, tout a été plus doux. Merci Emanuèle pour la formidable femme et sage femme que tu es.
