Very good service upfront of sale. The guy was really helpful. I wanted a special children seat only available on-line and he promised to install it as soon as i got it. Went back for that and got a clear “No, impossible!” (The good sales guy was off that day) As its not bought in the shop they cannot. Boss decision. The sales guy was totally wrong. Calling the boss seemed impossible. Even though they somehow had talked to him..... Anyway no time to do it today. In the end i just asked for the simple tool so i could do it myself. And even that was answered with an arrogant no!!!! After 30 minute of discussion with them (even though they had “no time and so much to do”) they agreed to do it, but only next day. Exceptionally. It’s a complex thing they claimed and i needed to leave it there for the day. So i went. Did it myself in 10 minutes easily at home. What a waste of an initially very happy customer! And what a waste of my morning.
Vendeur qui prend le temps de vous conseiller. Ne pousse pas à vous faire prendre un modèle plus chère qu'un autre, mais plutôt à répondre à votre besoin. J'ai pu essayer 3 vélos, sans avoir l'impression de déranger. C'est tout simplement ce que l'on attend d'un magasin spécialisé!

Super service. J'ai eu un petit problème de pédale et je me suis arrêté dans cette boutique en chemin. Prise en charge immédiate et problème réglé en 5 minutes. Le tout dans la bonne humeur et l'entraide entre cyclistes. Je recommande fortement !
