I knew this place when I was a kid 30 years or more ago. I love to stop there and watch or buy some new "toy". One of the only place left in Paris for this kind of things. Very well located. The owner is an old person still leading the place with his son I guess. Nice people ..

Overpriced and very little stock on 1/18. Grumpy stuffs and not at all welcoming. Some cool ship models are there but for diecast cars, collection is not that cool. Prices tags are atleast twice that of online.
A troll guards the door. Speaks no English. Admits no one. Sign on the door translated by Google loosely says closed August 31 accepting no orders after that. Twice I begged to enter saying I’d come all the way from the USA
This place a great for beginners. If you don't know your craft, they they take the time to help you and explain what you need. The service is good, even if you can get a bit cheaper prices by ordering items on the internet instead of the shop. Their selection is pretty large. They might not have everything you need, but they can order most of it if needed.
The shop is big, and they sell a huge vatiety of kits, accessories, resin parts, assembled models, painting stuff, books and catalogs. Some kits are really hard to find ones. If you are a die hard modeller, you probably know the place but if you are a regular modeller who plans to step up, you would find great items. As a traveller, it was hard to carry the models with the boxes though.

Always a nice stop when visiting Paris, specially the Louvre area.
