Living here for 1 year. Great location! Near gare, swimming pool Bulle d'O, Casino Market, Carrefour City, and city center! walking just 1mins to reach tram A and B. 20mins to reach Campus Saint Martin d'Hère via tram B.

Super expensive, huge hidden costs, terrible management (Karim Sabri) who will do whatever they can to make you pay extra during and after your stay. Beware!

Worst possible staff and services. Rude and mean manager. They cut deposit for no reason at all. Very old building. They deceived me- showed a different apartment and gave keys for something entirely else. Excessively pricey. The only benefit is its location which is just next building to GEM.

I was told I had the wrong cutlery. This was simply disposed of and replaced by new cutlery, which they want me to pay for. Same was with the pan, sieve and plate. I can assure you 100% that this was already the equipment when I moved in. Apart from that, the equipment was at least as good, if not better, than the new one. So no reason to replace it. This company is highly dubious. Hands off!

The price is high if you take into account what you are being offered, only would recommend in case that you value the geographic situation over the actual quality. There are many other options that offer the same for less, however the distance from the center and the fact that is next to the train station make it a place to be considered.
