Wow this is a great place, I have been a few times now while visiting my wife's parents who don't live to far away, kids go playing while we have a drink and easy to keep a eye on in them, always a lot of campers, karaoke with Christoph, singers, food fantastic and the staff do a great job and work hard. I see some boats that have been made into rooms, to rent, great idea and would love to stay in one one day. Every year this place gets better. Well done !!

Friendly staff and clients in Nice spot by the river. Bar and restaurant are good, facilities basic but reasonably clean.
Went for an evening drink and meal. Very convenient as the bar and restaurant are open in the evenings and weekends when a lot of other places are closed. The restaurant was quite busy on a Saturday night, however service was fast and welcoming. Good straightforward menu with very reasonable prices. If you are local (Roumazieres, Chabanais etc) well worth a visit. Only open during the summer season May until the (end?) of September. Cash only.
Nice place, beautiful environment, kind employees, I would come back for more days at this camping site. Strongly recommended. Next to nature and a beautiful river. The food is amazing, the owner is kind and helpful, it was perfect I felt very welcomed!
No hot water in shower or washing up or basin. Motorhome area like a basic car park. Water taps hanging in mud. Uneven gravel areas amongst poor grassy areas - looks unfinished/uncared for. No one at reception until restaurant opening times so no information as to where could park etc. Lady was friendly and spoke English once there.
Lovely campsite. Only 25 emplacements. Restaurant, bar and entertainment open now, in May. Quiet site although the rooks are noisy and there is a quarry across and down the river which can be heard as a background rumble. Plenty of hot water and loo paper provided. Exideuil has a boulanger just across the bridge and down the road for morning bread and croissants
A lovely couple is running this cozy camping. Clean, nature, tranquillity...But what I love is the bar. Good beer and funny customers around won't disappoint you. Bedankt/Merci!
