(EDIT: 02-06-2018) Looking at the new pictures and reviews, I am shocked. It seems that the campsite has a new owner. Unfortunately, the campsite seems remodelled and is now for French families with small children, including disco-evenings and such. So be aware that I wrote this review almost two years ago: Very relaxed camping. Clean toilets and showers, a snack bar, swimming pool, and activities like wine-tasting. Very spacious places. Not busy at all, but a little bit far from the sea: too far to walk, but you can bike/drive in a few minutes. Definitely recommend it. (Be aware: the owner only speaks French!)

The area is nice, and I'm sure that had it not been unseasonally wet and windy my family would have enjoyed it more. The biggest thing is, weather isn't something the staff have control over, when things go wrong there needs to be communication between the staff and those staying at the site and a contingency plan for when things go wrong. In the case of responding to the weather, the staff were totally unprepared. My family couldn't leave our accommodation without getting our footwear and feet wet and or muddy. On the subject of the mud, the grassy area in front of our accommodation was in such a poor state by the end of our stay that it looked more like a swamp than grass and there was no way the car could park on any grassy areas as it would become bogged down in no time. Another problem is that, although my family try their best with speaking French where possible, making sure everyone is sure what is happening is an area that needs to improve. There was only one member of staff who knew and understood English, this makes communication a serious issue.

Very hard working and friendly staff however a lot of the staff don't speak english which makes it more difficult for non French. We had a house for 6 people and only 2 tea cups. Asking for another tea cup resulted in a very complicated story that the amount is somehow related to the amount of bowls?????? And it is impossible to get a third cup. In the very expensive shop and bar it is not possible to use a bank card below 10'euros while this is now problem in every shop in the surrounding. During checkout that was at 10'am a very annoying lady started to rush us at 9 am...

Definitely not recommending the camping. The music was very, very (!!) loud and it went on and on, even after midnight. We (and many other guests) asked several times if the music can be turned down in volume or stop a little earlier in the evening. The staff was not very helpfull and said they had to stick to the program. We bought WiFi for 24 euros and also this was disapointing. It only worked a couple of times (once a day for like 15 minutes). They sold bread wich was nice, but unfortenately a lot of times the bread and croissants where out of stock. The toilets, showers and swimmingpool where very clean. The beach was only 5 km away. Definitely not coming back and not recommending it.

Camping familial plutôt convivial. Dommage qu’il y ai eu plusieurs défauts dans notre mobilome (problème avec la porte du frigo, couverture échangée..). A l’accueil un peu de mal avec un groupe composé seulement de jeunes de 18-19ans mais le séjour s’est très bien déroulé par la suite. Plage et activité touristique proches.

Camping tres bien situé (a 7min de la plage de montalivet, a 28min du lac d'hourtin, a 15min de soulac sur mer), mobil home Premium niquel. Camping calme, propre, Animations plutot sympas, les animateurs y mettent beaucoup de bonne volonté. La piscine n'est pas tres grande mais le camping etant a dimension humaine, ce n'est pas gênant. Nous avons testé les pizzas (plutot bonnes), et le poulet rôti frites (bien servis) Juste une petite remarque si je peux me permettre, la zone "jeux pour enfants" pres de l'accueil est un peu petite ou manque d'équipements (4 ou 5 enfants max dans le trampoline c'est forcément juste), jeu gonflable légèrement désuet. En dehors de cela nous avons passé une super semaine, je recommande!

J'ai adoré ce camping. Location d'un chalet premium de 43m2 qui est très bien fait. Panne de gaz, dépanné en 5 min, l'équipe est vraiment au top. Piscine un peu petite mais il suffit d'y venir de bonne heure pour passer un bon moment. L'équipe animation est vraiment super ainsi que le patron. Mention spéciale au petit jeune qui nous faisait le service au restaurant, punaise il bosse le garçon, il est incroyable a courir dans tous les sens.
