It was an amazing experience ! We have been there with my family as a birthday surprise present for my sister and we all just loved it! Amazing food and even better atmosphere! Peter and Sue are both such lovely people, their house is beautiful , kitchen is so authentic , food was to die for, it was just perfect:) 3 hours felt like 5 minutes, definitely recommend !!!:)

We spent a wonderful afternoon with Peter and Su cooking a perfect lunch. I discovered why my mayonnaise \splits\ and how to correct it. We made a flawless dauphinoise potatoes with duck, asparagus, 3 different sauces and finished it off with \from scratch\ chocolate mousse. The venue is a lovely unspoilt farmhouse/hotel from the 1700's. Most of the ingredients are locally sourced. The hosts are a fun, interesting, down to earth English couple, who are great raconteurs and keep you entertained as well as furthering your knowledge of culinary arts. I would highly recommend this for beginner cooks right up to those who are more advanced, love cooking with friends and want to pick up a few new tips. Thanks for a lovely way to remember Normandy.
