Lovely ride through the Rhone-Alps region, following the Rhone river from Geneva to Lyon. Daily mileage was moderate and accommodations were comfortable. Great meals were included in the tour. This trip was put together very well.

Thanks Cyclomundo - 'Three Lakes' was a fabulous ride. We've been on 7 supported tours in Europe and your support tools (GPS, App, etc) were the best we've experienced. We considered spending a day or two on the harder 'Famous Climbs and Lesser Known Passes', but were glad we stayed on the lower Lakes route - there were interesting locations and enjoyable experiences every day, which we would have missed on the higher route. Loved the route. GPS was essential - would have been too complex to be following written notes.
We have done several Cyclomundo holiday and always had a good time. The group trips were very inclusive so despite a large range of fitness and experience everyone was able to move along at thier own pace. Happy to recommend them.
We did 2 tours, back to back the last 2 weeks of September 2019 (slightly off season). One in the Loire Valley and the second the Three Lakes tour out of Geneva Switzerland. Both were great. The GPS's we were given were spot on and the routes were generally on very low traffic roads, or no traffic bike paths. As a backup, we had maps and a route sheet. The bikes were good hybrid bikes with larger tires, panniers, a tool, patch kit and good pump. Everything I needed just in case. My Wife suggested that if you have to decide whether to pack shoes and pedals or your personal seat, bring the seat. You'll be walking a lot anyway so comfortable shoes are a must. The Hotels were of middle quality but that is what we expected. The breakfasts which were provided every day, were wonderful continental style with adequate protein and, of course, great Croissants and fruit. Dinners, when provided, was very good and often tasted more home cooked. Because we were in rural France on mostly back roads, the views and scenery were a delight. Our trip with Cyclomundo was a very comfortable, easy and fun experience and we look forward to our next tour.
We loved our Cyclomundo experience. The GPS receiver was really helpful in navigating and we enjoyed seeing parts of France we wouldn't have gotten to otherwise. We opted for the extension day on Normandy route and were glad we did! We would love to ride again with Cyclomundo.
I am on a self guided bike tour in Spain with friends using cyclomundo. This is my fifth self guided tour in Europe but my first with this company. Thus far we have had several significant problems and we are only on day 5 of an 8 day trip. Two of our four hotels have been more basic than anticipated. One is a 20 euro taxi ride from town and does not offer meals other than breakfast. We were given very little written information or guidance about local sights or restaurants or history. Today we discovered a flat tire due to a nail. We had been told that our hotels would have floor pumps, however the pump available at the hotel was not compatible with our road bikes. We changed the flat and pumped it up as best we could with the little hand pump provided. We wrongly believed that the next hotel would have an appropriate pump. Well they do not have one either. This evening we arrived at our designated hotel to find out it was fully booked and we have been moved elsewhere to a much less desirable place. We made our reservations many months ago with cyclomundo and this is the low season. With so many companies to choose from I suggest you improve your service and quality.
Such an amazing experience with Cyclomundo, i highly recommend the cycling tour to those who want to explore breathtaking sceneries across Europe. Staff were very helpful and super friendly. What I liked most is that booking was organized, hotels were clean and in amazing locations. Thanks Cyclomundo, will definitely do it again. Special thanks to Bruno and Nicole :)
